I am sooo excited that this amazing man and talented actor is returning to acting. Best news I have heard all week. Heck he is the one who inspired me to go into show biz!

Be still my heart! Robby’s going to be on TV again!!! Now that is fantastic news!
What a gorgeous photo above too. Boo to getting voted down, Karla! At least from what I’ve seen in his great movies that should definitely be on the list! ;P
Please tell us when this will air! Don’t want to miss it at all.
Gotta tape it too (yes, I still ‘tape’ things!) I need all the info on this, it’s time to update my Robby blog again.
I just read an article about it, the premise already sounds like a riot.

I am so happy for you. Do you know the date of the first airing?

Thanks to everyone for your positive comments here! Shooting at the end of March thru early April. Then it’s up to NBC to decide if it makes it onto their fall schedule; which is usually chosen by the end of May. Will let you know here when we know!

I want Robby to take Charlie Sheen’s place on “Two and a Half Men”. He could be the long lost brother that their mother never told them about! He would be great playing off of Jon Cryer!

Great idea, Ethel!!! And, I can’t wait to hear Robby’s beautiful voice again, Yummy!

I am really glad you’ll be back on the screen! I’m looking forward to watching you again. And you’re still super handsome.

Your name came up in conversation yesterday during lunch with friends. We ere discussing (and laughing) about the latest Bieber frenzy among some of our teenagers. We started talking about our own teenage crushes. Ice castles made me absolutely positive that I was “in love”. :Þ Of course being 46 now, married over 20 years and having a teenager of my own…. I’m pretty sure I’m getting over it slowly but surely. LOL
That conversation is what made me look to see what you might be working on these days. It’s GREAT to see you shooting a pilot! I sooooo hope NBC picks it up!

Robby and Karla,
Hello from Memphis. Thanks so much to you both for sharing with us on your website. Robby, I just finished Who Stole the Funny (I know, I’m a little slow catching up). I’ve known for years that you’re a genius (do NOT see brilliant – see Websters) and this just confirmed it! I checked it out from the library and then promptly went online and bought it. The acknowledgement page alone is worth the price of the book! I look forward to seeing Brave New World – we’ll keep our fingers crosssed that it gets picked up. And hats off to both of you – how very refreshing it is to see a man that openly and adoringly loves his wife and she her husband! It’s apparent you’re a very busy man these days Robby but in your “spare” time (ha ha), write more books!!!!! Eagerly awaitng “I’m Not Dead Yet”. Best wishes.

Many good wishes to you on the new series. Just found the website, enjoyed your photography and music. I too, enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains and wish someday to live there. Best wishes to you and your family. My Foster daughter, Alanna , 2 years old, just watched the Blue Ray DVD of Beauty and the Beast and loved it as I did. Thank you for your interesting site.

We live in such a *disposable* society now. Unfortunately that seems to include people.
It is absolutely refreshing to see two people in the entertainment field who truly invest themselves in making their marriage and family work, survive and thrive these days. A story like THAT should be on the front page instead of the train wrecks that people call relationships. Hats off to you both!

I have ALWAYS known you were an extremely talented actor and great looking to boot. I recently saw Ode to Billy Joe and realized. my son looks like you. Of all things he is an actor. While he is just a high school actor he was nominated for what is equivalent to an Oscar here in our town. We live in Texas not to far from Dallas. Anyway, I just wanted to say all of this because it’s interesting how much he looks like you and I sure hope that we see on tv. GOOD LUCK!!! Gina
